Pre sales Advice and Guidance
We believe this is a core element in developing a relationship with a trusted IT solutions provider. Envision welcome the opportunity to meet and discuss our clients needs and understand how IT may be able to help improve efficiently whilst maintaining, where possible, any existing investment.

Infrastructure Design
Whether you’re a new company starting out and need to discuss the IT elements key to the development of your organisation, an existing organisation ready to embrace the next stage in your IT strategy or integrating with another organisation, Envision provide all the necessary experience required to design and implement any project successfully.

Procurement
Our purchasing team source all products from a number of leading Distribution Company’s ensuring the most competitive prices are available for all of our clients. These clients include Government, Educational, Health and Private industry.

Security
Security is a fundamental requirement of any organisation today.  For a number of years Envision has been successfully providing its clients with a range of comprehensive security services and solutions. These includes  advanced Firewall designs, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Web Content management, Secure remote access and penetration testing to ensure an organisation is secure.

Virtualisation and Consolidation
Consolidation and virtualisation are two current IT initiatives that have been recognised as sitting alongside a move towards a greener IT environment. Reducing the size and number of systems within an organisation leads to a reduction in the amount of power required to both service and cool the servers and reduces the cost of support and maintenance, contributing to a reduction in the overall TCO of the IT infrastructure.

Storage and High Availability
The dependencies on data availability increase day by day and this drives how the data is accessed. Today, it’s not enough just to host large amounts of data in Storage Area Networks, the data must be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  To accomplish this, applications in a structured SAN environment can be configured to use Clustering and Network Load Balancing to ensure applications remain active in the event of a server failure.

Disaster Recovery
Typical Disaster Recovery solutions on the market today only cover the actual hardware required to start the process of getting your organisation back up and running. Many do not include any implementation / configuration skills, instead they generally provide you with assistance. Although you may have the necessary hardware available to you within a few hours, it could take days, possibly weeks to enable the entire infrastructure. Envision take a different approach by identifying the applications core to an organisation and allocates a responsible time frame to recover and make operational these applications.

Enhanced After Care support
Envision after sales support is highly regarded by customers and the industry. Engineers are available round-the-clock to resolve issues through telephone support, remote control of systems or through on-site visits, and all undergo continuous professional development to ensure best practice is followed.

Equipment Disposal
Envision has developed a number of partnerships with organisations that can safely and environmentally dispose of out dated IT equipment. Whether it’s a PC or a server you can rest assured that Envision will make all the necessarily arrangements and provide you with the necessary documentation to prove how your aged equipment has been disposed off.

Reducing your IT Carbon Footprint
There are four simple steps that can contribute significantly to a greener data centre. Reduce the size and volume of data centre devices, re-use both energy and equipment, repair existing devices and recycle systems and consumables as much as possible.
