At Envision we don’t believe in bronze, silver and gold support packages, everyone deserves the same level of support to underpin their business whatever the size. Envision prides itself on providing a professional level of care to all businesses and organisation giving the same level of response and service.

Envision typically provides two types of enhanced care for our customers.

The first is a 2nd line support service which bolsters an existing  IT department, providing experience and assistance when a issue reaches a certain level of knowledge  and requires external managment to ensure a suitable and timely response is met.

The second allows for the outsourcing of management and administration tasks to our support team, businesses and organisations are then free to concentrate on the core elements of their work, safe in the knowledge that Envision are watching over their IT ensuring it is kept up to date with potential issues resolved before they cause any business interruption.

We take a proactive role in monitoring network efficiencies and remain on alert to solve any support requests through our telephone support or remote access services. Should it not be possible to resolve a fault by these means then an onsite visit would be arranged with the client to continue the investigation and resolve the issue in question?

Envision has been successfully providing support to many varied types of organisations over the past 11 years, these includes Metropolitan Borough Councils, Housing trusts, NHS, Government bodies and small to medium sized enterprises.  We have held a number of these services for over 10 years demonstrating the success and value our service delivers to our clients.
